Intandem have been contracted to the Commonwealth as the official and sole supplier of all gifts and merchandise for Official gifts.  The contract is managed by the Department of Prime Minister & Cabinet, and Intandem first won the contract in 2008 and then re-won it 2013 and 2018.

All Official Gifts are provided by the Governor General, Prime Minister, Ministers, and Diplomats.  Intandem provides a wide range of over 400 unique gifts to the Commonwealth, all available via a dedicated on-line shop, and we also source gifts for specific requirements and special dignitaries.

For special occasion, e.g., Head of State, Coronations, Royal Weddings, etc., we provide gifts recommendations based on our knowledge of the individual, cultural issues, their country importing rules, etc.  Intandem also provides a full database of that lists all products given previously to ensure there is never a “double up” of gifts.

All existing gifts must be 100% Australian made, and we provide photographs and full product specifications (including weight and dimensions) of all products. Intandem can provide a high-quality gift range for any company and any occasion, all from Australia’s leading craftsmen and artisans.

Intandem provides a dedicated website with all gifts listed, showing a photograph of each item as well as product details.  Once products are selected, each item is gift wrapped in the Commonwealth paper, ribbon and a Coat of Arms seal.  All items are then boxed together for the trip and the box is delivered to the individual’s office.
